We are particular about using ingredients that originate from KAGARIBI, such as those from Italy and Nagano Prefecture,
The lineup also incorporates seasonal ingredients to allow customers to experience the four seasons in Karuizawa.
Breads and cakes are also available for takeaway, whether you’re staying with us or simply stopping by from the neighborhood.
Each item is made to be enjoyed time and again.

BAKERY
Bread made by a bakery chef who loves the rich nature of Karuizawa is popular. Using wheat that he carefully selects himself by visiting wheat fields in the prefecture, he has been able to cope with the daily changes in Karuizawa’s climate through trial and error, resulting in a growing number of local customers who are always talking about his new products.
From March, a sweet and sour and happy Kuguroff and French bread with milk cream will be available, using an abundance of Karuizawa strawberries.

Inspired by the natural beauty of Karuizawa, our pastry chefs create original KAGARIBI cakes that celebrate the best ingredients of each season.
Enjoy one as a dessert after your meal, take it home for afternoon tea, or bring a little taste of Karuizawa with you.
