The time of your appointment is the start of your treatment. In the event that you arrive after your reserved time, your treatment may be shortened. We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to allow time for changing and consultation. If you would like to use the public baths before your treatment, please come to the spa reception as early as possible.
It is important that you inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, such as allergies, especially if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure. Our receptionists will be happy to suggest treatments that are suitable for your condition. You will be asked to fill in a consultation form when you check in at the spa. Please refrain from consuming alcohol before or after your treatment.
Valuables and personal belongings
Please leave valuables in the in-room safety deposit box. The Spa is not responsible for theft or loss of valuables.
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, please refrain from loud conversations, use of mobile phones and smoking in the spa.
Cancellations and changes up to 4 hours prior to the appointment are free of charge. Cancellations less than 4 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the full rate, cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100%.
Cancellations and changes made up to 24 hours before the reserved time are free of charge; cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time will be charged at 50% of the full rate, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reserved time or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the full rate. All prices include tax and service charge and are quoted in Japanese yen.
