- Suite room & Garden View Room is able to accomodate up to 3 people with a Twin or King bed together with a sofa bed.

Yes, we are able to accommodate people in wheelchairs. Please inform us at the time of booking that you are using a wheelchair and we will allocate an accessible room. Due to the structure of the hotel, there are some steps when moving from one building to another. If you need assistance, please ask a nearby staff member.
We recommend the Accessible Twin Garden/River View rooms, which are barrier-free. When booking via the booking website, please select this room type and then select your preferred stay plan.
We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. For walk-ins, we only seat parties on a first come, first served basis. You can also make a reservation online via phone or the “restaurant reservation” button on the homepage.
Most of the time we accept bookings from both guests and visitors to the hotel. There may be times when we cannot accept bookings from visitors during peak times, e.g. summer holidays. Any exclusion dates will be published on the restaurant page.
There is no private room available for small groups. Kagaribi 2F private dining (capacity 90 people) can be hired for events. Please contact the sales and events team for details.
