Arrival at the Spa Reception

Please arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

Please note that if you arrive after your scheduled time, your treatment may need to be shortened.

For Pregnant Guests

Guests who are past the stable stage of pregnancy may receive facial treatments only.

Day visitors are also welcome to use the public bath on the first floor of the Spa Building from one hour before their scheduled treatment time.
If you wish to use the public bath before your treatment, please collect a Public Bath Access Card at the hotel front desk in the Lobby Lounge.
After using the public bath, please arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
