Check-in: You can board the shuttle bus departing from the hotel at 12:00 p.m. for Karuizawa Station when it turns back (around 12:10 p.m.) Please ask the driver.
Check-out: You can board the shuttle bus for Karuizawa Station departing from the hotel at 16:00. Please ask the front desk in advance.
