VEUVE CLICQUOT COLLABORATION

We are delighted to present a special collaboration with the renowned French Champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, held in our Forest Garden courtyard.

During the event period, our Forest Garden’s Fire Pit Lounge will be transformed into a cheerful, sunlit space inspired by Veuve Clicquot’s signature yellow. Surrounded by the beauty of Karuizawa’s summer nature, guests are invited to enjoy an “Aperitivo” experience—an Italian tradition of savoring light drinks and appetizers in the early evening, in the company of family and friends.

A Champagne Picnic in the Garden

Under the theme Picnic × Champagne, this event recreates the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere of a Veuve Clicquot picnic—where Champagne is enjoyed casually in the open air, with sunshine, nature, and joy all around. Capture the moment with a photo at our special spot designed to reflect the world of Veuve Clicquot picnic scenes.

Three Exceptional Champagnes and Seasonal Food Pairings

We will be serving three varieties of Veuve Clicquot:
・Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut
・Veuve Clicquot Rosé
・La Grande Dame 2015, the house’s prestige cuvée

A specially curated food menu by KAGARIBI’s chef will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Shinshu region. Enjoy dishes like the signature “KAGARIBI Burger with Fries,” and a selection of elegant finger foods crafted with local vegetables and our original shichimi spice blend, developed in collaboration with Nagano’s historic spice maker Yawataya Isogoro.
