Our new summer lunch buffet invites you to experience Kirishita Yasai, Karuizawa’s signature highland vegetables.
Grown at an altitude of 1,000 meters and nurtured in the cool climate and morning mist unique to Karuizawa, these vegetables are known for their tender texture, high water content, and natural sweetness.
At the buffet, our chefs prepare a wide array of dishes highlighting the fresh flavor of Kirishita Vegetable which they source each morning from local markets. Enjoy specialties like “salad pizza” and grilled lettuce that bring out the essence of the ingredients, along with a diverse selection of pasta, grilled main dishes, and desserts—something to delight guests of all ages.
