In order to further enhance the quality of our services and provide a more comfortable stay for our guests, we will revise our service charge from the current 13% to 15%, effective February 1, 2026 (Sunday).
*Please note that the revised service charge of 15% will apply to all new reservations and contracts made on or after January 1, 2026, for stays from February 1, 2026 onward.
