About Belleville Brûlerie
Belleville is a specialty coffee shop founded in Paris in 2013.
Belleville was founded in Paris in 2013 with the concept of “democratizing the best coffee, making great coffee for everyone”.

Hand Roasting Workshop
You can easily experience hand net roasting outdoors by yourself.
You will decide the degree of roasting you like and try roasting your own green beans!
A world competition award-winning roasting specialist will gently and enjoyably teach you how to do it.
You can take home your roasted beans.
Coffee Pairing with Bread
A Workshop to enjoy breads and coffee pairing, perfect for those times when you are feeling a little hungry.
Two kinds of bread and coffee, developed by the bakery chef to pair well with coffee, will be served.
You will enjoy an experience that changes the way you feel the taste depending on what you pair with.
Coffee Brewing Workshop
Would you like to brew a cup of delicious coffee in nature?
You will brew a cup of coffee using outdoor coffee equipment.
The taste of coffee brewed by yourself in the outdoors is exceptional!
Coffee professionals will be on hand to help you, so anyone can brew a cup of delicious coffee.

●World Siphonist Championship 2016 Champion
After winning the Japan Siphonist Championship, he also won the World Championship held in the same year.
Currently, he is the representative of Belleville Brûlerie TOKYO, the first Belleville Brûlerie PARIS Japan store from Paris, France.
He is also involved in the development of the original blend “MIZUNARA” for Hotel Indigo Karuizawa.
