A fantastic time in the clear spring air,
relaxing by the flames of a bonfire.
Starting Saturday, April 19, the “Spring Bonfire Lounge” will be open daily at the Forest Garden in the courtyard.
We will be serving a selection of beverages, mainly from Shinshu, so that you can relax and enjoy the feeling of exceptional openness.
This year, we recommend Mixologist’s original craft cola.
This original cocktail is made with Kimmiya shochu, Karuizawa quince syrup, and multiple spices, and has an addictive, refreshing taste.
